old car

Hey guys. I need an advice. I have a car that is old and that is registered in Romania. I know it wouldn't pass MFK because is really old. How should I proceed? What can I do?
Thank you guys

Is it here? If it's in Romania I'd leave it there.

Old cars usually go from Switzerland to Romania.
You could try the MFK and see how it goes or get a garage to assess it for whether it might pass.

The car is here. I can drive it till the end of November. I want to know what can I do with it after that period. I am aware that it wouldn't get the MFK. I want to know how can I get rid of it

drive it back
see if an exporter will take it

Check this other thread from last week, a guy tried to get rid of his old car for 500CHF....he got 900 CHF instead, not bad. https://www.englishforum.ch/transpor...ar-export.html

Contact an auto dealer. At least they can point you to the right direction if you don't want to try selling it on one of those platforms that have been already mentioned here. But will probably cost you more to dispose of it, as it happens with everything else here - old furniture/household stuff etc etc.

easiest way: Drive it back to Romania and sell it there.
Come back by plane

are you approaching the 12month residency deadline when you would need to register the car?

A piece of paper which you had got from customs, if had declared the car at time you crossed the border (or Form 15.30 in case it did not count as a tax and duty free import)

Looks like you have smuggled contraband considering you do not have form 13.20. Not many will touch that car.
