But only if your work has you doing it
I have had 100 emails with the home office about it | | | | |
HOME OFFICE EMAIL RECEIVED 2nd Oct 2020:
If you do not travel to the UK at least once a week every week then you would need to self-isolate in line with the rules. Ad hoc visits can be any day of the week, but if it’s not at least once a week then you are not exempt.
Therefore, If you believe that you can demonstrate that your work-related duties are covered by the criteria of the exemption category you should carry a letter from your company to that effect with your personal details, contact details of your employer and details of the work you will be doing (as well as photo id if relevant). This would be presented as evidence to a BF officer should it be required as part of a spot check.

yes if it's for WORK, but if the travel is part of an order for visitation of minor kids they don't exempt you

I have had 100 emails with the home office about it | | | | | If you live in the UK & work abroad you can travel weekly, those people would usually have G permits in CH.
Seems a reasonable exemption.

The court order can be complied with, you just need to do quarantine like everyone else.

I asked about an exemption as they exist for biz travellers. Ok they aren't happy with helping but it's odd people think it's not a worthy exemption.

You can leave at any time.
You are looking for an exemption that does not exist. I think it's odd you think you should be given an exemption.

Have you spoken to the court? I would have thought the court should give an exemption on the court order, due the laws on quarantine and the exceptional circumstances at the moment.

It's about looking for solutions to a problem.

I would have thought getting a temporary reprieve on the court order would be the best way to go.

The divorce was in the UK, so this is a UK court order we are talking about, neither had Swiss resident permits at the time of the divorce either.

The UK divorce was later modified with a Swiss divorce.
I can't be in self isolation 2 weeks either side and work well, you know not many weddings happened this year sadly.
So you're a tad confused. I am trying to still see me child and have some sort of life although been totally shagged by the courts.
