I don't think the lights are that expensive to replace, if they are HID probably a software fix with a flat beam often known as tourist mode.

€1.047,86 for the part, each side. 200+ used.

There's a lever to block the uptick but tourist mode isn't good enough for the MFK.


Guy says he's not in a hurry as he's an enthusiast. I'd be interested to know what happens to this car in the end as with only a couple of months of MoT left time is ticking to be able to drive it back. Webuyanycar gives a UK value 1/3rd of what he's asking.

Thats a shame, tourist mode is acceptable in France, even beam deflectors are OK however not every CT station knows the rules. It's usually necessary to have the section from the testers handbook printed out with the relevant section highlighted.
