I think that the measures mentioned in the article do not forbid going from Italy to Switzerland, Italy would close the entry.
In spring non-residents could not enter Switzerland because of Swiss rules, not Italians.

I have work permit and I think I won't have problems

Just one question. Do I need to have the bills for my stuffs that I'm bringing with me in Switzerland, because for lot of stuffs I don't have bills because the stuffs are used. How will they know if I'm using this stuffs and things more than six months?

For example, I don't have bill for baby's wheelchair and Kinderbett
