Any Swiss rules on underseal / chassis protection?

Hi,

I'm preparing to do the drastic body from chassis separation job on my Land Rover for maintenance reasons. This gives a one-time opportunity to do chassis protection if I want it. Is there any guidance on what is /is not acceptable in Switzerland regarding chassis protection treatment? I may side towards rust conversion and a 2 pack paint but its more work. I could imagine the kind of product I once painted on the underside of my VW beetle as a younger man not being tolerated.

Thanks,

Andrew

I don't think the self-undersealing qualities found on old British cars would be in order :-) but I suppose anything you otherwise would find in a shop for the purpose would be ok but hopefully someone else will chime in.

I settled on a 2 stage Dinitrol treatment. Beginning with rust removal, Rust encapsulation followed by "Car" waxy top coat which "creeps". All bought from Jumbo in spray cans so should be legit! That's one Saturday of fun before Christmas!
