Did a search for some of the vocabulary from that page, for example

Looks like there are a few similar services in Switzerland and Germany.
Incidentally, there are plenty of
ELM327-based OBD readers available for as little as CHF 20. They can extract some error data into free apps like
AndrOBD. Clever car dealers can hide some of the errors from OBD but it is still useful to help eliminate some cars from consideration before paying for full inspection. Private sellers may be oblivious to the problems in the cars they are selling.
