Also, no one has asked OP about his wrenching/electronics skills. All the finance experts may be telling a car mechanic to not get a used car because problems.

Machines are "interesting" when they are fun to control, well balanced and give good feedback of what the car is doing with your inputs.
The problem with EVs is that pretty much all of them feel very disconnected from the driver - the controls are about as direct as my PlayStation controller. Yes, Porsche tries the hardest to make it work and Tesla is about as bad as it gets (Ok, the BMW i3 is worse...). Because their vision is ultimately a self driving car - the exact opposite of what a driver wants. | | | | | Got it - still can't how's OP Audi RS7 be any of the above

One of them has as main toy an E90 M3, the other one a Golf MkI convertible with a roll cage (presumably for Bergrennen). One of the best friends on the other side of the Atlantic is in love with Rams with Cummins engines. What conclusion can make out of 3 samples? I see no pattern haha

I think that's a rather 'blinkered' view. The joy of driving, for me, can be varied. In addition to the above I have great times on a beautiful day, driving around lake Zug with the sunroof open and 80s music blasting. That is regardless of whether it's my little sports car or Mrs GBs land tanker.

That's a really thoughtful and good response.
Trying to think of a 'barbed' response, but actually I think you are correct!
