TCS on the other hand states on their website, all-season tires have improved. What ever that means.

I drive AllSeasons for like 6-years now. Didn't notice any difference between summer/winter and allseasons.
Looking at stats - Allseasons address exactly the weather/temperature that accidents happen the most (>-2C<7C).
However it could be exactly because Summer/Winder address the conditions in other temperatures better.
after all it's the driver and not the tiers that are reasons for accidents.
