Intermediate/continuing education motorcycle courses in Switzerland

Hi everyone,

I did my basic 3-day beginner course last summer, and passed the exam this month after plenty of 1000s of km practicing (including lots of low speed maneuvers).

I wish to continue learning and improving my riding, so I was curious if anybody knew of additional courses that can be had in CH?

So far I have found these few with TCS (Basis, Aufbau).
Has anyone tried them? Care to share experiences?

I guess I could hire an instructor for private classes, but I was wondering if there is something more "formal", and potentially on a closed course/track.

And yes, there is a wealth of knowledge on youtube and online, which I enjoy applying and improving myself.
But I can only learn so much without a second pair of eyes, and occasionally I would like some f2f teaching too.

Thank you for any useful feedback!

Re: Intermediate/continuing education motorcycle courses in Switzerland

I've no experience with the TCS courses. I did my RoSPA training a couple of years ago, 2 days 1:1 and then an exam later. It is all focused on road riding and being more alert to your surroundings and defensive in your riding.

I went home to do it, together with a tour around the country. It completely changed the way I ride and drive a car.

So as an option you could do a course somewhere else.

For track riding I've no idea.
