I am in the process of exchanging my UK driving licence for a Swiss one.

My UK licence has the following categories: AM, A, B1, B, fkpq.

It seems that A, B1 and B have direct Swiss equivalents, but with boxes do I need to tick for AM and fkpq on the form to make sure I don't lose any entitlements during the conversion?
