| | | cheap parking around Basel airport???
Dear All,
My husband and I are flying to Barcelona from Basel. I was wondering if anyone knows how much it will cost to park our car for three days in or around airport area?
Please let me know if any of you know about it.

Cheap parking does not exist in Switzerland, so pretty much park it at the airport.
By the time you've messed around trying to find a cheap parking area, (airport is in France 5km from Basel) you might aswell have paid the 55chf.

We are flying from Basel so we have booked an overnight stay in the airports hotel, and leaving our vehical in the hotel underground carpark for 2 weeks and it works out cheaper than leaving it at the airport  |

We parked at Bundesplatz in Basel, and took the tram and bus to the airport..... cost 12 chf for the return bus and tram fare..... bargin |

Hi.
If you don't mind parking in France, you can park in a parking place outside the station at St Louis and get a bus to the airport for 1 Euro.
