I'm thinking of popping over to Geneva this afternoon for a quick shop. Just general shops - maybe some new trainers and clothes.

Ideally, I'd like free parking, but I guess that's not going to happen. So, is there anywhere that has cheap parking/deals of cheaper parking after you've bought something etc.?

La praille , near the stadium isnt too expensive i dont think..

If you plan in the centre ville, the cheapest i think is the main La Poste parking on rue de montbrilliant near the train station.

After touring a good part of town for many a minute looking for the ultimate precious parking place... most people give up and pick the first paying parking lot they can find. It's either that or sometimes walk a few Kms.

lol. this is true. you can try parking around the united nations/ariana area for free but be sure to pick it up after 7pm.

There is free parking, but it is very scare, due to the cost and availability of land.... have you done no homework on this country whatsoever!
