I bought a small hydraulic jack and a torsion bar. I change the wheels myself, it takes about 1 hour.
This is the obvious cheap solution for everyone who has two sets of wheels, the investment in a jack will be recovered in one change!

On the other hand, for those with two sets of tires only, it is important to get them properly balanced. Shouldn't cost more than 80 - 100 CHF at some local garage.
