Bringing Stuff from the US

I currently live in the US and will be relocating to join my husband soon to Swiss.I for sure have a lot of luggage to bring back from here.Would anyone recommend any cheaper way of getting it from here? My airline isnt going to let me over 100 pounds totally and I need to be paying about $150 for every etc 50 pounds as a part of the airline fee.

Thanks
AS

There is no cheap way. I spent about $600 in excess baggage fees when I moved here from the US. After that, the next step is to rent a container for about $4000. Not a bad deal if you are moving a household, or part of a household and a car.

Re: Bringing Stuff from the US

call fedex, UPS , USP, shipping places that you can fnd online. You can rent containers for ass little as 400$ due to the economic climate these days. It just takes a lot of research to find the best for the lowest amount of money. I used fedex from MN to Belgium a few years ago, stuff arrived the same way I packed it....cost was about 115$ for 120Kg (they where having a special going on)
