Is there such a thing as classic car insurance in Switzerland?

Back in the UK, I used to own a few classic cars - MG, Austin Healey etc. Given the low speed limits here, these seem perfect for Swiss driving conditions as in the case of the rather rusty classics I used to own they would have been hard pushed even to make it to 120kph, let alone exceed it ...!

Does anyone know if there is such as thing as "classic car" insurance policies over here - the kind of thing where you get a limited mileage of say about 3,000 miles per year, but in return get a cheap premium of typically one or two hundred pounds (in the UK).

There's a great Classic car storage place/museum, the Pantheon near Basel, they may be able to suggest a few other places to get quotes.

If you don't drive your car so much, it's a cool place to store it so you can show your car off when not using it. Not so convenient for daily use if you live in Lausanne though.

They also rent out classic cars that they own so you can take something else out for a burn

Right now there's a 'Classic Swiss Cars' exhibition on. For those wondering why there's no indigenous car industry here, check out these beauts.

Oooh, bit harsh Ali. What about the Monteverdi? Mind you from a brief look at the Wikipedia article, it doesn't look he made more than about 100 cars altogether.
