Re: Photography around Basel (Industrial and rural decay)

I am totally interested and might be able to get some others in on it too. I am still in school so anything we did would have to be on weekends. I am about 1/2 hour north of Basel.

Re: Photography around Basel (Industrial and rural decay)

I'm interested aswell, though it would be nice to diversify beyond rural decay (I just spent a weekend in gloomy England and I've had my fill of decay for the moment).
Just thought I'd add this so that I get notified of any future updates.

Agreed!
Count me in as well!
Though, the earliest outing I will be able to join would be in May that is, once I get to Basel after this school semester ends)
Looking forward to meeting you all

I've been trying to figure this out. I don't know exactly as I haven't explored that part of town yet but from looking at

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl...&t=h&z=17&om=0

I'd suggest it was from Loberensteig looking south towards Rigi.

I am not being rude , but you do not have to go to Zug to get these photos - anywhere in Switzerland will yield a similar image /location . Good luck . Check out my pics here

and look for my folder Switzerland.

Happy shooting

hmm, you took the picture with the street-lights on Centre Island in Toronto, right? They seem oddly familiar :-)

http://www.lumobox.com/sharing/picture/56053/

took that one 2 years ago...

Here's my page at my agency: http://www.lumobox.com/users/pkis/
and the gallery: http://www.lumobox.com/gallery/artists/pkis/

anyway - I live in the Basel area and would love to attend a meeting should one take place.

Re: Photography around Basel (Industrial and rural decay)

I organised an event in Zug at the beginning of March but the weather was terrible and so there were only a couple of us. I'd be happy to put another on - I was just waiting for the weather to improve. Let me know if you are interested and I'll do it sooner rather than later.

Hey, I'm planning on being at this sale as early as possible (it begins at 9, according to the page and a quick google search). Who's game?
