Help to choose your holiday destination

I have just seen this novel way to choose your next holiday destination. It is only for Swiss and related flights. 'My Destination'

Enter your departure airport, set the price range you are looking to pay and temperature you are hoping for. Additionally, you can select continent and some interests. On the map you will then see the selected criteria that meet your requirements.

I doubt if anyone would choose a holiday based on this alone but it may provide a few options that you may not otherwise have considered.

Apparently, I should choose Zurich, Paris, Rome, Milan, Barcelona or Istanbul.

Re: Help to choose your holiday destination

Nice, but would be even better if you could add all airlines that fly from ZH.

Re: Help to choose your holiday destination

Next destination will be Marrakesh- as our youngest has offered us a voucher for a stay there - hurray. EasyJet flight from Geneva, perfect.
Thanks for the info.

I have to go to Goa I'm afraid. I just put "over 35C" for temperature and that's what it spat out.

DP - your post reminded me of the "Ping Pong" Swissair flights you used to get out of Geneva.
You turned up , paid a miimal amount and flew off for the day - the thing about it was -you didn't know where you were going

Once, after 24 hours in London, I went to a travel agent just as they were closing on Xmas Eve, and asked where could I go on Boxing Day, specifying just latitude. I was given a choice of Mexico and Thailand. I had a blissfull week in the sea and the sun.
