Is this a legit site to book trips?

Is this a legit site to book trips starting from Zurich? Making sure before I send the link to a friend.

Re: Is this a legit site to book trips?

It might be legitimate, but it looks expensive to me.

At large Swiss railway stations (Zurich, Lucerne, Berne) are tourist offices where you can find tours.

These are government sites,

Commercial sites,

Re: Is this a legit site to book trips?

Can they be booked one day before the trip or is that too risky?

Re: Is this a legit site to book trips?

I am basically looking to book one of these coach type day trips from and back to Zurich.

- Mt. Pilatus - Golden Round Trip

or

- Jungfraujoch Top of Europe trip

Which would be the best place to book it online?

I have no idea! It will depend on how many people want to travel that day.

To go to the top of the Jungfrau only to find it cloudy is a waste of money!

Can you not travel to Lucerne or Interlaken and buy the trip there? At least if the weather changes you will save your money.

Also you can get day trips from the SBB travel offices (SBB Reisebüro on major railway stations), no limit on places, decision can be made short term.

Re: Is this a legit site to book trips?

The trip is not really for me but for someone who will be here 2 days only. With no one to hold their hand I was thinking a typical guided touristy coach trip would suit them.

Facebook has resulted in all kinds of people turning up to Switzerland and assuming that I am their local guide. If there is cloud up there then tough luck to them
