Just wanted to offer travel tips.....I was recently up on Betelberg (Lenk) and Kleine Scheidegg (from Grindelwald), walking the wildflower trails. WOW!!

I was lucky to have the most brilliant weather, couldn't have been better if I'd requested it in writing, so it was just fantastic. Walked for hours, took a million photos and just loved the whole atmosphere in both places.

You get right up close and personal to the Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau mountains when you walk Maennlichen to Kleine Scheidegg, absolutely breathtaking. Betelberge equally as lovely.

So if you are trying to figure out where to go sometime, give these places a shot. Can't use enough adjectives to describe how wonderful both days were. Take a picnic, use your Halbtax for the cablecars and it isn't even too expensive a day out.

We took my brother-in-law up to the Jungfraujoch on Sunday. It was a bright sunny day and the views were simply outstanding. We really felt the altitude though, definitely light-headed.
