So is London, but im pretty sure if someone called it an alpine town you'd be within your rights to punch em
But again, what the man in question talked about was neither Belfast nor London nor Basel but Geneva

Does the London to Vienna Easy Jet flight still actually land in Slovakia, not Austria?

Ryanair also claimed they were landing in Copenhagen but were busing people from Malmo, Sweden. It isn't far but imagine landing in a totally different county than you were expecting.

Made me smile, I used to live in Malmo but worked in Copenhagen. I used to commute everyday with the "flying boats" - this was before they finished the bridge. Less fun in the winter time though.

A few years ago, we (co-worker and I) took a RyanAir flight from Milamo to Stockholm.

Of course, it was actually from Bergamo to Nyjoping, but since we actually WANTED to go to Nykjoping, the extra 1/2 hour to Bergamo was worth saving the two hours from Stockholm to Nykjoping!

Tom

P.S. Most uncomfortable plane I've even flown!
i had the same. flew ryanjet to 'oslo' but was actually 118km away from oslo! luckily, i wanted to go to sandefjord which was only 7km away. but for anyone who wanted to go to oslo, this would have been a bit of a shock...
