In no market in the world is cost a factor in price....only in deciding if its worth selling at all.
To make a can of Pepsi, the sugar, concentrate, aluminium etc all come from the same places in the world at about the same price (plus logistics). Yet a can of Pepsi costs more in Geneva than in Harare.
Its ONLY what price the market can stand.
