Checked AirBnB and VRBO how else to rent a "vacation" house?

I have checked both AirBnB and VRBO for holiday homes that are in the German speaking region and not a ski chalet in the mountains, but have only found maybe one suitable one for a family of 5 to rent to get an idea of what life MIGHT be like if we moved to Switzerland. We will go first in April for 1 week then again for 5 weeks in June/July. That will be our second and third dates. We have to go on more dates before we get engaged, but this is a start.

Just found also homeaway.com . Not too bad.

Are there any German language ones or others that Swiss use or any other way like an agency?

Thank-you so much for your help.
