Best prices and airlines to/from/within the US?

Hi, we're planning a trip, either to Boston or New York, then with a side trip to Orlando to visit relatives.

Normally I fly Swiss to Boston, as I can get a flight from Lugano via Zurich for the same price as one from Zurich, but am open to new ideas.

What's the best place online to find flights (especially for the internal US flights)?

Thanks,

Tom

Kayak.com is a my favourite website for finding flights from multiple airlines, otherwise Travelocity.com & Expedia.com are OK and US-centric. They don't however include every airline in their search results. Sometimes better prices can be found by searching the airlines websites directly, especially for airlines like Jet Blue, Virgin America, SouthWest, Delta.

it's usually cheapest to fly into jfk or newark. i've never flown to boston from ny, just either driven or drive/ferry which is really nice if you have the time. how long are you going for? are you planning to go to ny and boston or one of the two?

Neither, in between, but it's usually been cheaper (and shorter travel time) to Boston in the past.

Thanks, that's a really useful site, easy to play around with airports, ended up doing Malpensa-JFK rather than Lugano-Boston. 45 minutes further, but cheaper parking and cheaper tickets.
