International Travel Insurance Question

We are going to leave for Tanzania soon, We are taking a flight first from Geneva to Amsterdam via EasyJet then from Amsterdam to Darelsalam via Turkish Airlines. The problem is there is a 3.5 hours gap in Amsterdam for changing carriers, I think it should be enough but because there are multiple carrier the risk is driving me crazy now.

I wanted to know in case of weather problems/flight delays I end up messing up my trip will any travel insurance cover the cost of finding an alternative solution to continue my trip? Can any one recommend any trip specific travel insurance?
