In Neuchâtel in Rue du Seyon- a big plate of Chinese or Thai curry and rice- lots of choices- for 9 CHF (smaller plate for 6CHF) and as much jasmine tea as you want- how's that for value, and really good too- simple dining-room but comfy and warm.

Are there mountain tops where we don't need to buy an additional ticket to go up , Like Mt.Rigi where GA pass is valid on the train

Actually, it appears that it is only inclusive for visitors with a Swiss Travel Pass, not residents with a GA
