Trip to paris

We r planning a trip to Paris for 4 days ( 2 days Disney land & 2 days museums and Eiffel Tower) . We are 4 adults and 1 child(3.5 years).

Please could someone help me for the best deals for Disney tickets, transportation and also the entry for museums .

I am confused by looking at various websites .

Thanks in advance

You might ask Mr.Maquiavelo, he has apparently just gone through this:

Anyone else hesitant to visit Paris?

if there are 5 of you then taxis are relatively cheap versus buying 5 metro tickets for every trip plus if you are only there for 4 days then you do not want to waste a lot of time on travelling.

You can also buy week cards for the metro; Paris taxis are... well. Not the best, to put it mildly.

Re: Trip to paris

Well August is a good time to go because so many of the French decamp for their summer vacances.

If you take the Metro try to avoid rush-hour. The press of people gets pretty bad. Also getting to any museums (especially the Louvre) extra-early is a good idea. Attendance at other museums is more hit-and-miss. I've been to Orley when it was nearly empty, excepting the room with the van Gogh's. Also check when they are open, most museums aren't open on a particular weekday.

The pass validity starts on Monday morning, first service (usually around 05:30) and ends the following Sunday at last service (metro trains usually arrive at their terminus station around 01:40).
If you happen to be arriving mid-week, it may not make financial sense to purchase the pass.

Hi, I just saw your post. I got my Disneyland tickets here:
https://www.booktickets.disneylandpa...d=32454335543R

They have a special offer for a day MAGIC ticket for the two parks (Walt Disney Studios Park & Disneyland Park). The advantages of buying online is that you print the bar-coded tickets and don't need to queue up and you save like 30eur compared to buying them at the counter where it costs 88eur p.p.

They also have a somewhat confusing system of tickets: MINI, MAGIC and SUPER-MAGIC. They only differ in the date of your visit whether it is low or high season. For example, now in July you may only enter with MAGIC tickets and the MINI are not valid (and the SUPER-MAGIC you would be overpaying), see here:
http://www.dlptoday.com/2014/09/29/m...neyland-paris/

This is the tickets Calendar:

Transportation-wise I will take the "TGV" 200km x h train that gets you from CDG to Disneyland in 12 minutes.

That's assuming they want to go with the Navigo weekly pass. You easily get "Paris Visite" tickets for up to 5 days validity, although they are expensive, or Mobilis day passes.
