Any mountain bikers out there? Looking for suggestions for a long weekend away

I'm looking for a destination with lifts/vehicle uplift and a good variety of natural singletrack to keep us busy for 4 days. A bit of supplementary pedalling is not a problem, but no more than 500m per day. We're not huge fans of bikepark style trails by the way. I'm also open to hiring a guide to ease the process and to explore some local gems, so recommendations are welcome on that front too.

I should note that I've already been to a lot of the big riding spots within 2 hours of Zug (Flumserberg, Engelberg, Davos, Lenzerheide, Flims-Laax), so looking to spread my wings and head somewhere a little more exotic. Verbier? Zermatt? I'd even consider Italy, so long as we can wrap the drive up within 4 hours.

Any ideas, let me know! Thanks!!!
