Just went today and I highly recommend! Really great exhibit and I knew a little about Banksy but this exhibition really showed his artistry, humor, satire and intellect.

If you have the chance, it is worth the visit

If this is your only way to reach banksy's work go for it.


otherwise I'd suggest not supporting unauthorized curations in which banksy himself is not involved.

Can you elaborate further? Do you have links to curations where Banksy is moderating/in control?

Banksy had this issue in Moscow in 2018...

he is very adamant about charging for showings, (dismaland being the only exception that i can recall)


he keeps track of the unauthorized exhibitions on his page , and it doesn't appear there, but im not sure how often they maintain that.



Like i said, if this venue introduces people to his art; awesome. I am certain that the overall positive effect can outweigh the negative ( he isn't hurting monetarily) . Just important when it comes to people like banksy to be sure where things are sourced from, if we are to fully appreciate his art.


and the only curation i know from him was dismaland, which wasn't just his art.
like he says.. treat accordingly.

It introduced me to his art and I am a huge fan after this exhibit so win/win as they say.

Seen the exhibit last saturday, takes 30 mins, to see all and read the text on the wall.
Venue is not large, Tickets can be purchased at the venue aswell.
But numbers per hour are limited, so buy your ticket in advance.

Yea I guess - but this exhibit is quite similar to Art Basel - it is everything that is wrong with today's art world.
