Shortening quarantine after arriving from high risk country

Hello,

Have anyone arrived in Zurich from high risk country, reported it and manage to officially shorten the quarantine to 7 days instead of 10?
I can't find information how to report the negative test after 7 days in the cantonal office in Zurich.

On the BAG page it's written: "You present the negative test result to the competent cantonal office. You also receive permission to shorten your quarantine from the cantonal office"

When you enter Switzerland from a high risk country you are required to contact the Cantonal authorities.

I suppose you will contact them again on day 7 if your test is negative?

Re: [Zurich] Shortening quarantine after arriving from high risk country

As I understand it, if you come in from the United States, you don't need to go into quarantine. However, Canada has just been added to the list so this means the list is changing daily.

After entering Switzerland you need to fill an online form. I found another page with the form to request shortening of the quarantine but it is not working properly for me. Therefore I would appreciate information from someone who did it in Canton Zurich.
