I was just thinking about this and found this old thread. Did anyone house swap from Switzerland? Were there a lot of offers to swap and from which countries?

Our last holiday cost us a small fortune for a place nice enough to make it feel like a holiday. Hotels with us all in a room or split between two rooms I can do for a couple of nights but I like to go to the local markets and cook foods I can't get at home. Having kids toys, games and bikes would be handy too.

Blatant bump for this, but could anyone recommend a site with lots of UK people on it, most of the above seems US based, which is fair enough.
