Mobile phone providers - cross border

Afternoon all

I am looking for an independent mobile phone shop in Basel, something like Carphone Warehouse, where they can give independent advice on the best company/contract for me. I live in France but work in Switzerland (Basel) and I'm just looking for some advice. Can anyone help, please?
