Windows 7 Starter upgrade

I bought a Netbook recently with Windows 7 Starter and i want to upgrade to windows Home Premium.

On the "Windows upgrade Anytime" it says cost $79.95. Ok no problem, come to pay it suddenly becomes €75.-- !!

Anybody know a way around this ?

Is there not an option to change currency ? Are local taxes being applied ?

For that money I would look for a legit 2nd hand copy or see if the Netbook mnfr has upgrade/OEM deals.

Re: Windows 7 Starter upgrade

Just a wild guess, could it have anything to do with your system locale settings as well as browser ( in particular Firefox ) Geolocation ?
