Cablecom Digital TV picture quality.

Our Cablecom Digital TV picture quality has degraded quite badly over the last few days in 8008. Has anyone else started getting poor picture quality ?

Have done the basic checks. Reset the boxes, checked cable connections , reseated everything etc. DVD playback is fine and TV is quite new so I do not suspect the TV to be at fault.
