Hello, is it true that downloading movies or music from rapidshare is legal in Switzerland? I was told that uploading is illegal (as everywhere in the world) but downloading is legal here.

Downloading most software is illegal. Downloading music is probably legal in your case. This is because when using Rapidshare, you are not uploading while you are downloading.

I've also heart that downloading is ok in Switzerland. I have Rapidshare account and I've been downloading many TV series so far

As far as I know it's legal and not so cotrolled like in Germany.
