Porting existing mobile number to Lebara

Hello,

just wondering if anyone has successfully ported a number to Lebara? I currently have a prepaid SIM with a different provider (M-Budget if that is relevant). I wanted to change to use Lebara because of better rates but keep my number. However, I have just been assured by the guy in Mobile Zone that it is not possible. He said that it would be possible to port my existing number to Swisscom, Sunrise, Yallo, & other(s) I can't recall but insisted that Lebara (specifically) was not possible.

Does this correlate with anyone else's experiences? It seems odd....

Thanks.

Hello!

Hope you're having a nice day

RE: Number Porting - Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to port in to Lebara with your existing number. You need to get a new Lebara SIM card. Let me know if you have further queries.

Re: Porting existing mobile number to Lebara

wow... a very prompt customer service!!

Can I asked a question as well??

I have Lebara number but I am using iPhone, the provider in my iPhone became Sunrise. My friend asked a Lebara service personnel before and he said that it is fine and the rate would all be the same..

Is it true though? because it seems that I had been missing a few francs than I supposed to

Thanks.
