Cablecom (cable) or VTX (DSL) ???

Hello,

what do you recommend me? They cost almost the same: 5MB for 34/35CHF, but they have different technologies.

Cablecom 5MB/512KB
VTX 5MB/???

Thanks

Re: Cablecom (cable) or VTX (DSL) ???

Cable - may need to pay an additional CHF26 per month for analog TV ( or included in the monthly rent of the premises )

DSL - may need to pay an additional CHF25 per month to Swisscom for the line rental

Haven't used VTX and had only few issues with Cablecom ( nothing major over the last 3 years ).

Thanks!

Do I have to pay that if I only want internet? Is VTX in this case more expensive? I think, I don't have to pay the line rental with cablecom, only 35CHF every month.. (5MB).

ADSL requires a telephoine line - unless there is such a thing called Naked DSL here in CH, as in some countries.

OK, also the best choice for me is cablecom.

I only want an internet connection. It doesn't matter if it's slowly... I only want surfing and some skyping.
