Amazon launches Cloud Drive service

http://www.engadget.com/2011/03/29/a...r-computer-an/

For once, it's a good thing we're not in the EU here: only the free service is available in the EU as well. The paid volume upgrades are available only in the US and outside the EU - works like a charm here in Switzerland. I'm uploading my whole music library right now (and for the 50 subsequent hours :-)

The service is especially useful for owners of Android handsets - the new Amazon Android app will let you play streams of your music right on the handset - and will also let you download the music you want to be available offline. No iOS support, though - I suppose Apple has pi***d-off Amazon once too often.

Do they just offer a unified front-end for several cloud services? I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with handing over the passwords for all the services to a single entity, though
