Problems with San Francisco Mobile

Hi I am having a problem topping up my prepaid account with Orange. Each time I put in the new code I receive a message saying that there is a connection problem or invalid mmi code.....? I am also not able to access my email account any more or connect to the internet - don't know what to do, can anyone help???
