A long shot but my Gigaset phone has stopped charging and I can't tell if the problem is the phone or the charger, does anyone in zurich have one and could lend me their charge station for 5 minutes to see?

or alternatively anyone not in Zurich with a voltmeter could let me know what the charger is putting out, mine only puts out 2v though the transformer lists 5v.
