I wondered if anyone here had experience of the Drobo external hard drive solutions?

I'm reading mixed reports about them and they seem a little pricey, but the general idea of them is excellent. I like the thought of being able to stack and hot swap HDs, and it would certainly give me a bit more room for my ever expanding digital media collection.

The theory's great - anyone know what they're like in practice?
