sunrise mobile questions

I'm thinking about switching from a prepaid Swisscom subscription to a monthly "MTV mobile next" one from Sunrise. As I do not call much, use text and data more often, and am under 26, I think this would be a good option for me, but I'm still not entirely sure.

Does anybody know to what extent the bandwidth is reduced after the 500MB/month are passed? If anybody has experience with this offer or Sunrise in general as a carrier, please share here.
