Printer install disk

I have a HP Photosmart Wireless B109 n printer which is 10 months old, but my install disk is scratched so does not install properley, the HP Website is rubbish, so would any one in the Zug/Zurich area have the install disk I could borrow to re-install the software? Mine has a ref number of Q8444-10001

Many thank

Printerless Goose

EDIT - it's the mac software I need

Re: Printer install disk

You might want to also download the drivers from HP here.

Re: Printer install disk

I had no problem getting to the driver list in the official HP site?

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport...riesId=3794623

Don't know your Operating Sytem, so couldn't link you directly to the download button.

Re: Printer install disk

Success!

The website software is slightly diif' than the disc, but it's improved and has more auto links than the previous version, so that"s fine. However, you cannot use the normal uninstaller with HP as it only removes current software, not old or corrupt stuff (my problem) and these left behind files messes with the new install and prevents it from working. You must enter the uninstaller as normal, but hold down (on a mac) control, option and command then press uninstall. This wipes ALL HP files, and allows for a clean install from the link above. Everything now works perfectly again.

Thank guys
