Cablecom... why no new HD channels?

Seems like forever since Cablecom added any new HD channels...... I hope some are planned or on the way!

BBC1 HD and ITV HD for a start please!!!

Re: Cablecom... why no new HD channels?

I want to watch Dr. Who (they have ultra high-def cameras these days) in HD, but:

Dear Mr. McWhirter,

Thank you very much for your e-mail.

I've got no information about an implementation of BBC one HD in our line up.
For the mean time you can watch BBC one in SD on channel 155.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Yours sincerely,

Gerardo Mariano

Looks interesting. This is a projected new box with a new interface and iphone / ipad control... perhaps coming to switzerland in 2012?

I wonder if this is confirmed or just vaporware.
