Different channels on 2 different tvs

Hello,

I've moved to a new apartment in Charmille just few weeks ago. I own 2 tvs, a Samsung LED and a Bravia LCD.

I have the Samsung hooked up in my livingroom and i have Analogue and Digital tv channels on that tv. The digital channels are from the Hotbird satellite and there are approx 240 channels.

In my bedroom i have the Bravia tv, the analogue channels are the same on both tv's.. not many channels but they are the same.

But, on my Bravia tv, the digital channels are the swiss digital channels, there are only 40 of them and all are the Swiss tsr, sf1 and french channels.

The digital channels on both tvs are totally different and i do not get the same ones on both tvs.

I tried my Samsung in my bedroom and the same channels i get in my livingroom show there, so its not the wall cable plug thats the problem, its the tvs.

Im confused on why both tvs are showing different digital channels even though they are plugged into the same wall socket?

If anyone has any ideas on why this is happening or knows something to share some light onto this, please share.

Re: Different channels on 2 different tvs

Could the Sony Bravia be receiving DVB-T signals unlike the Samsung ( DVB-S ) ?
