I had the same problem using Mein Konto on their Web - for some reason it was grayed out / disabled when trying to opt out of the 250MB surf add-on.
A call to the Customer Care Centre resolved it, confirmed upon receiving the next PDF invoice.
I had the first issue the February but i notice that sunrise haven't corrected the problem until now.If they know the problem why they don't correct.I will try with "surf stop" without opt out from my Mein Konto that i did always.
