| | Online data system for small company?
Please can anyone recommend an online system for data, mainly photographs and presentation files (Powerpoint/PDF's), that allows my company members to easily access globally, possibly with their own user ID/password?
Must be able mainly to link the content in emails from the Google system to send to clients, before anyone suggests, I cannot change our system to another (from Google).
The data content we need to store could be up to 50GB and it is not that important that information is really secure, if it is then good.
Thanks in advance.

dropbox is very widely used, reputable, and once installed, just works without requiring any user inputs...
also check out crashplan. its a new twist on the old idea of online backup. rather than backup to a central server, you can backup to the machines of your team members... sort of social media meets online backup!

GoogleApps...comes with GoogleDocs and Picasa. Both of which you can share with your users. If you collaborate, even better. It's in realtime. I speak from experience, as migrate the company I work for to GoogleApps last year. Another option is Office365.
