Mirabelle has no particular reputation at present
Msg stops coming...( to Orange CH mobile number )
I registered to Orange like two months ago and things have been just fine until recently. The weird stuff happened that I could text my friends abroad with no issue but could no longer receive any messages from them tho they've trying like a thou times!

The customer care number looks like never connecting to a English-speaking staff and the online incident submission led to a resolved status only that the problem persists!

Anyone experienced the similar issue before?

Orange.ch do have English speaking staff as I have called them before.

What type of phone do you have?

Never had a problem like this with Orange. In fact I always get an English speaking staff person whenever I call in for help.

Open another case in their online system and refer to the closed one.
I had an opposite problem - I couldn't send messages out after roaming abroad. It took them several weeks to fix the issue :-)

It's been 20 days still the prob persists... wonder if all English-speaking customer staff for prepay phones have been made redundant...

You could check the following settings: 'Message sent as: Text', Preferred connection: GSM'. Or you can try a factory reset.
