| | Whats's App - service disabled
I just got home and synced my iphone, afterwards i noticed that my 'Whats App' was missing from my iphone!!!!
After further investigation on google i found this From their twitter page:
''Sorry, WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable on iTunes. We submitted a new version and are awaiting approval and publication by Apple'' - @WhatsApp
Quite annoying as i use this alot
Hopefully it will be back soon
cheers

After 1am it reappeared........weird.
So i clicked on it and had to redo the set-up process.
I did get a message that was sent to me during the time it was missing.
But i have lost all my previous conversation data.
cheers

Hadn't heard of it before. Sounds like a neat app.
Can't currently be found on iTunes for iPhone download but will try again later.
Cheers for the heads up in the meantime.

Whatsapp is great. Also available for Symbian (Nokia), Windows Phone 7, and Android.

There are many alternatives to Whatsapp, including iMessage which is already on your phone anyway.

Unfortunately iMessage is not available on all platforms. To be successful, software like this needs to be available to a large a proportion of people's contact lists as possible.

whatsapp for android is work really fine | | | | | sorry, can't agree with that. It works ok (most of the time - often messages are delivered late, though), but so does ever other messenger I've ever used.

From what I've heard (teenager rumours), the Whatsapp service is going to cost something in the near future. Could still remain free if you are a frequent user, in which case the app button will turn red.
I use Viber, which also has free phone calls.

That probably explains why it mysteriously disappeared for a few days.

Makes me feel way better knowing it was never free - at least not from the iTunes Store anyway. |
