Ha, the German's favourite British programme finally got broadcast in the UK. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46620852
Maybe it'll become the "same procedure as every year" in the UK too.

Don't see Bandersnatch, it's an epic fail. Hyped to death but really really bad execution.
I liked the idea of interactive TV though.

It's Absurd and Quirky with a capital Q&A. FWIW, a couple of its biggest fans are Kevin Pollak and Penn Jillette.

A lot more options and possibilities then with many Telltale games which in the end are just boring "Schlauchlevels" with pseudo choice w/o any real influence. Considering that it is foremost a tech demo and done on a restricted budget it was IMHO executed very well.

Big Little Lies.
If you haven't seen it, you're in for a treat. Don't let the middle class fluffiness put you off (it nearly did me). It is brilliant! Up there with Amy Adam's Sharp Objects. And they're all brilliant: every actor/actress, can't fault any of them. The kids too are great. Just watch it. | This user would like to thank for this useful post: | |

Just finished the 3rd series of the Good Place.
Very intelligent, very funny. Most reviewers, and I agree with them, say you have to get to the end of the 1st series to really get it, but it is worth doing.
Same writer as did Parks and Recreation.

I think both of these are great. Not watched past mid season two of The Good Place yet though.

I loved La casa de papel (Money Heist). Bodyguard was great too.

Netflix "Love Death & Robots" is excellent. Each story brilliant. The 4th episode is kinda matrix like, loved it!
Creatively done, highly recommend watching it.. and just when I thought there was nothing decent left on Netflix.

Line of Duty Series 5, just started this evening (Sunday 31/3), and the first episode was as gripping and as unpredictable as ever.
Well worth watching the whole thing from S1.

So, I decided to give European movies yet another chance...
If you're into crime-thriller thing - Tabula Rasa. It's a Belgian series running on Netflix, language - Flemish but the subtitles are in German.
Also - La casa de papel, a Spanish (Catalan) production, very catchy. A big plus for me was hearing the language - I had fun trying to not read the subtitles.
