Activation of Swisscom services - who should bear the cost?

Hello,
We are moving to our new apartment in 2 weeks, and I would like to order Swisscom services for TV, internet, land line. This is a brand new building and I've been told there will be a need for an Electrician, to arrange the initial installation of Swisscom services to the apartment. This is before of attaching the modem, router and TV boxes.

Since this is a one time action, that will not be needed to repeat by the next tenant if and when we leave, who should bear the cost?
Me? The agency?

When you put it that way - it does sound reasonable...
BTW - I ended by taking DATAZug offer. No need for ordering an electrician, and better offer in lower price!
But that is another story....

Thanks!

Technically one could likely do this "installation" oneself as it is just connecting to wires in the telco box. When I moved in here, even though it is a building of at least 30 orso years, the phone was disconnected thus they had to redo that connection, I think it cost 25 chf orso thus was not too bad and the advantage is that the modem already arrived and the guy directly did the line conditioning to the maximum so that was definitely a plus.

But indeed the one who requests it has to pay...
